You can NOT reach the toboggan run by car!!!

Arrival by public transport:

From Lucerne main station: Take bus no. 1 in the direction of Kriens-Obernau. Get off at the "Zentrum Pilatus" stop. Then follow the red signs to the valley station of the Pilatus cable car in Kriens. Take the cable car to the 2nd station Fräkmüntegg. Follow the signs to the toboggan run.

Arrival by car:

Drive to Schlossweg 1, 6010 Kriens.Take the cable car to the 2nd stop Fräkmüntegg. Follow the signs to the toboggan run.

Arrival via Hergiswil 

Take the Alpgschwänd cable car from Hergiswil (www.alpgschwaend.ch). From the top station of the Alpgschwänd cable car, walk 25 minutes to the bottom station* or 50 minutes to the top station of the summer toboggan run.

*Please note that both the summer toboggan run and the associated lift may not be used with backpacks or bags for safety reasons! We will be happy to store your backpack for you at the appropriate station.
